The Sonic Hose Orchestra, originally composed of cast members of Molthos: Planet of the Bird Women, was created to perform the live accompaniment to the film. They are currently working on the scores for two new Snorkel projects.

The group uses exotic instruments, such as theremin and aquaharp, along with their namesake, the sonic hose, and a multitude of other sonic devices. They have appeared at numerous performance art exhibitions and live performances of Molthos.
